I just wanted to tell you about my experience with Finest Planet. I have never felt better with any other ISP, and I have tried a lot. Personal service is excellent and fast. What a relief, whew!!! Rarely a disconnect, which in my opinion is fantastic. Clean, Simple, and very affordable.

I travel all over the place and finestplanet is there for me, always. Easy download of numbers to use everywhere. I just look up the city and state I'm in and insert the number, and I'm on my way to surfering. Very considerate to all the customers. A rare quality of ISPs today. I am so glad someone is there for the little guy. Why can't other ISP's be this good?

I've been with Finest Planet just a few weeks, and love the name - it seems currently totally appropriate. I think we need as much (or more) positivity as possible. There have been no problems with the service, and when I had a little glich with my computer it was solved very easily by Bill who is always the acme of patience and courtesy.

When I first heard of FinestPlanet, I was having some difficulty obtaining support from my existing ISP.

As an attorney, I require reliable access to the web for legal research and other information. I maintain our company website and am the webmaster for a number of other websites, so a good ISP and host provider is very important to me. I can't afford to have "no access" periods, email problems or lack of support.

Research indicated to me that the national ISP's (you know who they are) are problematic for many reasons. So, even while using another local provider, I gave FinestPlanet a try for a new website and also for dialup access. Because FinestPlanet's fees were so low, in comparison with other local ISP's, I was very skeptical, but for ten bucks, I thought I'd give them a try.

I am pleased to report that FinestPlanet's services are great! Their servers are reliable and fast. My dialup access is faster than with my other ISP and I have far more flexibility in utilizing additional services at no extra charge.

The website hosting is better than other ISP's, providing more website space and fast support for problems - not just an email response, but a live person to assist.

I recommend FinestPlanet to anyone seeking an ISP.

Having endured continuous and ongoing problems with a big corporate ISP (Earthlink) after they bought out smaller JPS.NET, I finally decided enough is enough and switched to finestplanet.com. How wonderful to no longer have the connection problems earthlink acknowledged but refused to correct, plus I am happy to be supporting a local business... and I save over $10.00 a month. Thanks Bill for providing us with such good services and alternatives to poor quality, high priced, big business ISPs.

I have been on the internet since the beginning and used at least 5 service providers. Finestplanet is the first to be absolutely trouble free. Never a busy signal, never a problem with email or any of the problems I have with the others. I am always connected at 50.6 kbps. For most things I don't see a lot of difference between it and some DSL connections I have used.

A few of my favorite things about Finest Planet:
No Pop-Ups, It's so nice to change pages without having to close 3-7 pop-ups.
No Junk Mail, I love being able to sort through my e-mail in less than 10 minutes. With my last ISP, I was getting 100's of junk e-mails per week. Really. Now I get 1 or 2 a month!
NO VIRUSES, Finest Planet has already caught and quarantined a few viruses for me with their virus filtering. I shudder to think about how much money I've saved by avoiding having my computer infected. This is the best ISP I've ever used!
