Outlook Express Setup
This setup is for Outlook Express 6 on Windows XP
but it will also work for earlier versions.
This setup should also work for IncrediMail.
Launch Outlook Express,
Click the Tools menu and click Accounts...
Click on the Mail tab.
and Remove any old Mail Accounts you won't need.
Click Add and click Mail...
Type in your Display name, Click Next,
(Typically, this is your First and Last Name)
Type in your Finest Planet E-mail address, Click Next,
Select POP3 as your incoming mail server,
under Incoming mail server type: pop.finestplanet.com,
under Outgoing mail server type: smtp.finestplanet.com,
Click Next,
Type in your Finest Planet Account name (your full email address)
and Password. (Check Remember password if you want to)
Do Not check Log on using Secure Password...
Click Next,
Click Finish.
Back in Internet Accounts, on the Mail tab,
Click on pop.finestplanet.com and Click Properties.
Click on the Servers tab,
Check the box "My server requires authentication" at the bottom.
Type in 587 in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) box (replace 25)
Click OK at the bottom.
Click Close.
Outlook Express is now ready to send and receive Finest Planet email.
